Who we are

Little Pumpkien Montessori Preschool & Daycare runs six branches in Chennai (Ramapuram, Mugalivakkam, Ashram Avenue, Madhanandapuram, Porur and Manapakkam). This website is littlepumpkienplayschools.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms — the parent or guardian name, phone number, preferred branch, programme and preferred visit day that you type into a tour or contact form.
• Where you came from — if you arrived through an advertisement or campaign link, the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), the first page you landed on and the website that referred you. We keep these for up to 30 days in your browser so we can attach them to an enquiry.
• Website analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks on the WhatsApp, call and form buttons. It uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
• WhatsApp and phone — if you message or call us, we see the number and the content you choose to share.

We do not ask for your child’s name, date of birth or photograph through this website.

How we use it

• To call or message you about the enquiry, arrange a campus tour and explain admissions and fees.
• To understand which channels bring families to us, so we can improve our marketing.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated third-party marketing.

Where it is stored and who sees it

• Enquiry details are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and are visible only to authorised Little Pumpkien staff who sign in to our staff dashboard.
• Tapping a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to our admissions number; from that point WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.
• Google Analytics, Google Maps and Google Fonts are provided by Google and may process technical data such as your IP address under Google’s privacy policy.
• The website is delivered through Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and complete the admissions process, and afterwards only for as long as we reasonably need them for our records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you.
• Withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.
• Block cookies or clear stored site data in your browser settings; the website continues to work.
